Airheads Oxygen Bars can offer you (or your client) our standard state of the art "Dream
Machine" 3 panel Oxygen Bar package with one bartender/technician to service the Trade
Show or expo visitors. Our standard equipment package will be capable of servicing 12
people standing or 6 people seated simultaneously (if you provide the barstools). We are
the ONLY legitimate Oxygen Bar manufacturer and rental company that can service more

The above mentioned package includes unlimited Oxygen Bar sessions and nasal
cannulas for all of the show participants, and each system only takes up an approximate
footprint of 7 feet long by 4 feet wide by 42" high. (almost 5 feet total in height with our two
Aromarizer units placed on the bar-top). A total area of 10 feet by 8 feet is perfect for
accommodating the equipment, the bartender, and the Oxygen Bar visitors.
The Oxygen Bar users will be able to choose from 12 assorted all-natural essential
aromas consisting of Peppermint, Spearmint, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Cinnamon,
Gardenia, Orange, Lemongrass, Cherry, Wintergreen, Almond, and Vanilla. Keep in mind
that every bar visitor will receive their own sterile nasal cannula (nose hose) which come
in six fun colors. We have been fortunate to have serviced over 1000 trade shows of all
kinds since 1998, and we still have an unblemished record in that we have never had a
liability claim against us on our insurance policies!
How do I make money you ask?
Our turn-key services rendered for a 3 day trade show WITH TOTAL FULL COLOR BAR
BRANDING would be $6500.00 in any city within the continental US. That would give you 5
total areas on the bar itself that you can sell as a whole, or break up into separate entities -
all of which can display a back-lit corporate logo and/or message. Our past Trade Show
Managers have offered the same above-mentioned package to their show clientele for
anywhere between $10,000.00 and $15,000.00 dollars! We have participated in
numerous trade shows which have included multiple Oxygen bar packages, so as you can
